AskSpot was born from real experience at a high-volume European e-commerce retailer, where its founders - Szymon and Wojtek - served as Head of Product and Head of Marketing. They were given a tough challenge: improve customer service quality within one year while cutting support costs by 80%. The goal was ambitious - but it was delivered.

That success became the foundation of AskSpot.io - an AI sales and support agent built to help e-commerce brands drive more purchases while delivering standout customer experiences worldwide.
